At Home Service

This free service is available to anyone within the Midlands area and involves a visit from one of our dedicated staff. They will take window measurements and confirm a price. All estimators will carry the full set of current samples and can answer any questions that you may have for them.

The visit can be as short or as detailed as you wish as it only takes a couple of minutes to measure a window, every staff member is issued with instructions not to appear pushy or adopt an aggressive selling approach with Customers. At the time of visit the main aim is to provide you with information and cost, it is entirely up to the Customer should they see fit to furnish us with an order.

Mail Order Service

As well as our Web Offers service we can offer our general and much broader range of fabrics on a mail order basis. We also have many fabrics that are available as one off or discontinued and these are available at reduced costs. It is recommended that in the first instance you should contact us on the freephone number with an idea of your requirements and staff will be able to compile a more individual selection of samples from current stocks as they tend to change on a daily basis.

Trade Counter

Customers contemplating DIY and who can visit our factory showroom in Walsall have the advantage of extra ranges of fabrics that are not carried by our Estimators as part of the general range. Therefore it is likely that you can pick up a real bargain from our Trade Counter and discontinued stocks. Please call in for details.
